• Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services.
• Process customer phone orders, check stock availability and shipping dates, and quote prices.
• Fill orders to customer specifications and process sales data via computer.
• Assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products.

• 3-5 years of work experience with pumps and pump parts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and able to work independently.
• Experience performing a majority of the functions listed.
• Prior inside sales/customer service experience.
• Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus are required.
• Regular in-person attendance required.
