Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative at Domino’s Pizza. The role is part‑time, with flexible scheduling that allows you to do shifts that fit your life. You’ll work in a fast‑moving environment where you prepare, bake and deliver pizzas during the hungry hours of the day and night.

• Operate all in‑store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product (e.g., pizza assembly and dough handling).
• Receive and process telephone orders and online orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orient and train new hires (orientation and training provided on the job).
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to give correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to:

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F (in cooler) to 90°F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in the work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Tempering:

• The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking:
  For short distances for short durations.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs; cases usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72” high.
• Carrying:
  Large cans (~3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lb), trays of pizza dough (~12 lb per tray).
• Push/Pull:
  Trays on dollies up to 30” requiring force of up to 7.5 lbs.
• Climbing:
  Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance tasks.
• Stooping/Bending:
  Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station and front counter.
• Crouching/Squatting:
  Occasionally for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Reaching:
  Up, down, and forward; occasionally above 72” for oven controls.
• Hand Tasks:
  Eye‑hand coordination essential; use of forearms and wrists frequent; shape pizza dough; manipulate pizza peel and rolling cutter; frequent pinching during box assembly.
