Summary:
Under the supervision of the Lead Production Director, the Production Associate will provide support for Church Unlimited Audio, Video, & Lighting (AVL) and IT needs.
Essential Job Functions:- Communicate the vision, mission and values of Church Unlimited
- Lead, serve, and support during weekend services and special events
- Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve AVL problems
- Install and position lights, lighting equipment, video cameras and other equipment
- Conduct training sessions for volunteers on operation of AVL equipment
- Develop manuals, texts, videos, workbooks, or related materials for use in training
- Provide AVL support at weddings, funerals, rehearsals or other special events
- Attend worship team rehearsals to provide AVL support
- Design and execute set designs
- Perform basic computer maintenance through routine updates & troubleshooting of church computers, routers and servers
- Other duties as assigned

Skill/Ability/Knowledge Requirements:- Authentic follower of Christ; pursuing the Lord with heart, mind and soul; passionate about evangelism
- Fully committed to the vision and values of Church Unlimited
- Able to operate, install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair AVL equipment used in multimedia productions
- Knowledge of video camera and lighting techniques is helpful
- Must be self‑motivated, creative and flexible
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web searches
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively balancing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience in a church ministry setting preferred
