Production Associate

Under the supervision of the Lead Production Director, the Production Associate will provide support for Church Unlimited Audio, Video, & Lighting (AVL) and IT needs.

• Communicate the vision, mission and values of Church Unlimited
• Lead, serve, and support during weekend services and special events
• Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve AVL problems
• Install and position lights, lighting equipment, video cameras and other equipment
• Conduct training sessions for volunteers on operation of AVL equipment
• Develop manuals, texts, videos, workbooks, or related materials for use in training
• Provide AVL support at weddings, funerals, rehearsals or other special events
• Attend worship team rehearsals to provide AVL support
• Design and execute set designs
• Perform basic computer maintenance through routine updates & troubleshooting of church computers, routers and servers
• Other duties as assigned

• Able to operate, install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair AVL equipment used in multimedia productions
• Knowledge of video camera and lighting techniques is helpful
• Must be self‑motivated, creative and flexible
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web searches
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively balancing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

Experience in a church ministry setting is preferred.
