Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer; PEBLO Assistant-Corpus Christi, TX

We are seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support LIMDU and Disability Evaluation System (DES) operations within the Operational Force Readiness Department.

• Serve as primary point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors.
• Review, route, and process incoming/outgoing correspondence.
• Update and maintain LIMDU SMART, VTA, and local tracking systems.
• Retrieve, file, and upload medical documentation into official records and government systems.
• Prepare and distribute medical forms and patient handouts.
• Schedule medical appointments, C&P exams, MEBs, and TDRL evaluations.
• Assemble and forward MEB/TDRL packages per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and disposition case files in accordance with Military Records Information Management System standards.
• Attend LIMDU/TEMPO meetings and assist with training for providers, DCs, and tenant commands.
• Provide general administrative and medical records support as needed.

• Knowledge of military medical and disability processing systems (active duty, reserve, and veterans’ benefits).
• Experience with IDES VTA, AHLTA, HAIMS, and related tracking systems.
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical documentation.
• Familiarity with MEB, TDRL, and PEB processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize high-volume, high-priority tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professionalism, compassion, and discretion.
