This is a full-time or part-time or every now and then in semi-retirement, on site or remote role for a Licensed California Yacht Salesperson/Broker. The role involves assisting clients in the buying and selling of yachts and boats, maintaining industry knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing leads, conducting yacht showings, negotiating sales, preparing sales agreements, and ensuring all transactions abide by legal standards and company policies.

Collaboration with other team members and maintaining a professional presence is also essential in this position.

• California Yacht Salesperson or Broker License (required).
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of yachts, boating, and the marine industry, with the ability to effectively explain features and benefits to clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple leads and transactions.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in completing legal documents and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with technology and software used in sales and customer communications.
• Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to work on-site in Coronado, CA or remotely, with flexibility to meet client needs, including weekends or evenings.
• Experience in the boating or marine industry is a strong plus.
