Hotel del Coronado is seeking a Cook I to join the Veranda team. This historic Victorian beach resort underwent a $400M renovation and expansion and now offers exceptional dining experiences across its 28-acre property.

Classification: Full Time

Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Hourly rate: $24.32, based on applicable experience and location.

• Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products.
• Stock and maintain designated food stations.
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen.
• Practice correct food handling and storage procedures per federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed.
