As a Pastry Cook, you will create, prepare, produce, and bake all pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts for the hotel’s outlets, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your responsibilities include:

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and ensure production requirements are met for banquet, outlet desserts, breads, and breakfast pastries.
• Monitor age and condition of all food items to rotate and maintain highest quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards.
• Keep refrigeration equipment, storage, and working areas clean and clutter‑free, complying with health department regulations.
• Develop new products for a‑la‑carte and catering menus as needed.
• Display and set baked products on mobile carts according to specifications.
• Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items.
