Job Overview
The Warehouse Specialist II supervises and coordinates daily activities of the distribution center or warehouse. This role is responsible for the movement and tracking of finished products and/or raw materials.
Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process. The salary range for this role is $77,800–$89,000 per year. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

A Day In The LifeEvery day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by:
- Directing and improving the operation of material flow.
- Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
- Managing and organizing the warehouse, including inventory, products, and packing materials.
- Receiving and inspecting incoming products, ensuring that they meet quality standards.
- Ensuring accurate inventory counts and documenting all movement of products in and out of the warehouse.
- Packing and unpacking products for shipping and/or storage.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
- Assisting in other warehouse tasks as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6+ years of relevant warehouse experience (required).
- Knowledge of inventory management and shipping and receiving processes (required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
