Job Overview:
The General Laborer will assist in various tasks throughout the warehouse, including material handling, product sorting, cleaning, and assisting other team members as needed. The role requires physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
* Sort and organize materials, inventory, or goods.
* Perform general warehouse maintenance, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing.
* Assist forklift operators by moving materials or prepping goods for transport.
* Ensure safe handling of materials to avoid accidents or injuries.
* Support other team members in day-to-day operations and tasks.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and report any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
* No prior experience required (on-the-job training will be provided).
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
* Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
