Sales M&A Broker

We are seeking an experienced

Sales & M&A Broker to represent Soft Millennium in licensing and acquisition discussions with media platforms, streaming services, and strategic buyers. This is a
commission-only, success-fee engagement
— ideal for a motivated broker or independent advisor who believes in the asset and wants meaningful upside  role is fully remote with occasional collaboration as needed.

• Identify and qualify potential buyers, licensors, and strategic partners in the media, broadcasting, and streaming space
• Lead outreach and introductory conversations on behalf of Soft Millennium
• Manage the deal pipeline from first contact through signed agreement
• Prepare or coordinate pitch materials, financial summaries, and term sheets
• Negotiate licensing, partnership, and acquisition terms
• Provide regular pipeline updates and market feedback

This is apure success-fee engagement
— no retainer. Commission is 8–10% of total deal value, paid lusivity window negotiable. Significant upside for the right deal.

• Proven track record closing licensing, SaaS, or digital asset transactions
• Existing network in media, broadcasting, streaming, or AI/tech sectors strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently with a small, technical founding team
• Strong negotiation, communication, and deal-structuring skills
• Familiarity with AI, media tech, or content platforms is a strong plus
• No degree requirement — results and network matter more
