The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Wholesale Sales Representative to grow and manage wholesale accounts, build long-term relationships, and drive consistent revenue. This role is ideal for someone who understands sales beyond transactions, someone who values trust, follow-through, and strategic account growth.
You will represent a strong, established fragrance portfolio and work directly with retailers, resellers, and business owners, supported by a company that understands the market from both the retail and wholesale side.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with retailers and resellers
- Present fragrance lines, promotions, and new launches
- Drive revenue through strategic upselling and account development
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure smooth fulfillment
- Attend trade shows, events, and in-person account visits as needed (2-3 times min)
- Sales experience (wholesale, B2B, beauty, fragrance, or related industries preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently and managing a sales territory
- Professional, ethical, and reliable—follow-through matters here
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
