The Role

We are seeking a motivated Wholesale Sales Representative to grow and manage wholesale accounts, build long-term relationships, and drive consistent revenue. This role is ideal for someone who understands sales beyond transactions, someone who values trust, follow-through, and strategic account growth.

You will represent a strong, established fragrance portfolio and work directly with retailers, resellers, and business owners, supported by a company that understands the market from both the retail and wholesale side.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with retailers and resellers
  • Present fragrance lines, promotions, and new launches
  • Drive revenue through strategic upselling and account development
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure smooth fulfillment
  • Attend trade shows, events, and in-person account visits as needed (2-3 times min)
What We’re Looking For
  • Sales experience (wholesale, B2B, beauty, fragrance, or related industries preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a sales territory
  • Professional, ethical, and reliable—follow-through matters here
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
