Description And Requirements
Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 outlets via Walmart Supercenters, employing more than 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will connect shoppers with the wireless products and solutions they want and need, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving.

What will you do?
- Meet or exceed sales goals by executing phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundles.
- Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
- Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.
- Recommend personalized product baskets.
- Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through setup and activation.
- Maintain planogram displays in full stock and error‑free condition.
How will you succeed?
- Display a high‑energy personality and ability to initiate conversations with shoppers.
- Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in a high‑traffic environment.
- Stay hungry for success in an uncapped commission sales role.
- Uphold Premium’s reputation by delivering excellent service and integrity.
- Stand/move around for 8‑10 hour shifts.
- Maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
Prior sales experience is not mandatory; driven learners will be trained on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through in‑store and online training.
