• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

Assist in the proper maintenance of the store, especially in the Produce Department, and help customers on the store floor as needed. Responsibilities include properly bagging groceries for customers, lifting/handling groceries, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, managing carts, running price checks, assisting with go-backs, maintaining checkout stations, and removing waste from the parking area.

Working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store; essential physical requirements include lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, etc. For more information, please reference the full job description at the store.
