Responsible for performing quality control inspections and ensuring compliance with established ESL standards and specifications. The individual will be involved in inspecting, testing, and evaluating the quality of materials, components, and finished products to maintain high quality standards, customer satisfaction and protecting the ESL Brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reads and understands complex drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics as part of the inspection process.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products according to defined procedures and quality standards.
  • Inspects high volume of items efficiently in a short period of time. Organizes and prioritizes inspection jobs for better efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the proper release of inspected and accepted items.
  • Identify and report any non‑conformities or deviations from quality standards, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Utilizes all resources to effectively ensure safe inspection of items. (visual, tightness, dimensions, continuity, and any type of voltage tests.)
  • Completes, files, and maintains accurate and up‑to‑date inspection records, including test results, reports, and documentation of inspections performed.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality‑related issues, providing support and guidance on quality control procedures.
  • Participate in internal audits and assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and verify compliance with ESL requirements and standards.
  • Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment and tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to quality control.
  • Detail‑oriented evaluation of RMA’s and delivering clear and concise reports.
  • Abides by all rules and regulations as set forth in the employee handbook.
  • Sustains 5S in workstations.
  • Practices ESL’s core values on a daily basis.
  • Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.
