LPN​/LVN Subacute- Per Diem Night

Responsibilities

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Subacute position: per diem night shift at Corona Rehabilitation Hospital, Corona, CA.
• The LPN/LVN practices under the direction of a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
• Implements nursing care for assigned patients and assists the RN in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Demonstrates competency in basic patient‑care skills, clerical stocking, phlebotomy, specific patient‑care duties, and other departmental duties as requested.
• Actively demonstrates a passion for patient care, provides service recovery when needed, and displays service excellence at all times.
• Follows the standard of care as defined within the scope of Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse and reflects the American Nurses Association’s Code of Ethics for Nurses and the Nurse Practice Act.

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of California.
