Overview
Magnolia Congregate Living Health Facility is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing team. Our CLHF provides high-acuity, short-term and long-term care in a structured, patient-centered environment. We are looking for an LVN who is confident in clinical skills and passionate about quality care. Full-Time LVN – Magnolia Congregate Living Health Facility (6-bed facility)
• Full-Time | 12-hour shifts

- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- G-tube feeding and medication administration
- Wound care management
- Medication administration and documentation
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Maintain compliance with CDPH regulations
- Current California LVN license (in good standing)
- Experience with trach and G-tube preferred
- Wound care experience a plus
- Strong documentation skills
- CPR/BLS certified
- Compassionate and team-oriented
- Structured environment
