Responsibilities
Clinical Supervisor Nursing - Med Surg Tele (MST III) position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA. This is a full-time, Night shift position.
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Department Director in providing overall leadership and direction for the units or areas of responsibility, and for creating an environment that fosters collaboration among the team to achieve operational and clinical excellence. This includes working collaboratively with physicians to develop methods for improving the quality of care and working with department leadership to achieve quality, fiscal and patient experience goals and expectations.

QualificationsMinimum Essential Experience
- Two years of recent department-specific experience required.
- Two years of experience as a RN; OR with the approval of the CNO, one year of experience as a RN plus one year of experience in a supervisory/manager position in a healthcare organization. Department-specific charge nurse or supervisory experience is preferred.
Minimum Essential Education
- Basic EKG/telemetry interpretation experience required OR completing a Basic EKG class within six months of employment.
- BSN preferred.
Required Licensure / Certifications
- Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
