Registered Nurse; RN - Subacute​/NOC

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) - Subacute - Full Time NOC position located at Corona Rehabilitation Hospital in Corona, CA.

The sub-acute RN is responsible for assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation of the patient s treatment plan, as well as providing education for patients  families. Direct and supervised nursing care is provided to patients to ensure the highest quality care is delivered in accordance with Sub-acute standards and Policies and Procedures.

Reporting to the Director and/or Nurse Manager of Sub-acute Nursing, the RN contributes to delivering patient-centered care in a supportive environment aligned with Corona Regional Medical Center (CRMC) standards.

RN Job Requirements:

• Current California RN license required.
• Current BCLS (CPR) required through the American Heart Association.
