Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Subacute
Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA. The hospital began in 1965 as Corona Community Hospital and merged to become a 238‑bed community hospital network. The facility is certified by The Joint Commission and has a medical staff of approximately 347 physicians representing more than 40 specialties.
ResponsibilitiesWorking under the direction of the licensed nurse, the Certified Nurse Assistant provides nursing care within his/her scope of practice following unit specific standards of care and the policies and procedures of Corona Regional Medical Center.
Qualifications- Knowledge of Patient Rights.
Six months recent CNA experience required. Subacute experience preferred.
Required Licensure / CertificationsMust have current, valid Certified Nurses Assistant certification, or be currently enrolled in an accredited Registered Nursing program with completion of the 1st clinical curriculum semester.
Current BLS (CPR) RequiredThrough The American Heart Association.
