Student Ministry Director; part-time - Corona

What you will do

• Full responsibility for weekend Jr. High and High School ministry programs
• Program preparation
• Room set-up and tear-down
• Create a warm, inviting environment for students.
• Enlist, equip, empower, and encourage an adult volunteer team

• Experience working in student ministry.
• A bachelors degree is desirable.
• Proficient in the use of Google Workspace.

• Passionate follower of Jesus
• Values collaboration
• Team player
• Passionate about working with students (Grades 6-12)
• Able to multitask and handle shifting priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to lead, direct, coordinate, organize and follow through

Saddleback Churchs pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity and budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. The estimated pay rate for this position is $25.00-$26.00 per hour. We will provide a pay rate within our salary structure that fits a candidates qualifications and experience for the job.
