Equipment Repair​/Lab Technician

Biolase MG is seeking a hands-on Equipment Repair / Lab Technician to join our Corona, CA location and support laboratory operations and equipment activities in a technical manufacturing environment. This role blends general equipment support with lab-based processing work and requires comfort working with specialized tools and controlled environments.

• Support operation, maintenance, and basic repair of laboratory and production equipment
• Assist with lab processing activities involving high-temperature equipment
• Perform material handling tasks, including moving components and fixtures during processing
• Work inside glove box environments using integrated gloves and tools
• Handle trays, fixtures, and small components during lab operations
• Use hand tools such as forceps to move materials between locations
• Follow established procedures, safety protocols, and documentation requirements
• Support general lab organization and equipment setup

• Experience in a lab, manufacturing, or equipment-focused environment
• Exposure to high-heat or thermal processing equipment
• Comfortable working inside glove boxes for extended periods
• Ability to lift and hold trays or fixtures weighing up to 15 lbs
• Manual dexterity and steady hand coordination
• Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn specialized processes
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety guidelines

• Lab-based environment with use of PPE
• Work performed inside glove boxes using gloves
• Standing and manual handling required
• Moderate physical strength needed to hold fixtures and trays during processing
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, evenings, or weekends as required by company needs.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE
