Candidates with experience in local government or utilities will shine, but a strong background in budgeting and finance is especially valued. And Experience Education
- Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public or business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of increasingly responsible professional experience in administrative and management analysis, including two (2) years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Possession of a valid California Driver’s License, to be maintained throughout employment.

The eligibility list established from this recruitment may also be used to fill the current and/or additional vacancies throughout the City. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a reference / background check including live‑scan and pass a pre‑employment medical examination (which will include a drug/alcohol screening).
