Seeking Certified Family Law Specialists (CFLS) or experienced family law attorney ready to grow with a high-performing team.

• Represent clients in all stages of family law cases, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Manage casework, including pleadings, discovery, motions, settlement agreements, judgments, and court orders.
• Handle complex matters such as property division, custody evaluations, and move-away cases.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, court filings, protective orders, and agreements resolving family law matters.
• Maintain organized caseloads while working effectively with support staff.
• Ensure thorough preparation, attention to detail, and professional client communication.

• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
• Family law experience (CFLS preferred).
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Familiarity with Clio and Mac systems is a plus.
• Advocates for clients with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
• Communicates clearly and consistently with clients and colleagues.
• Strategic problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative and able to work with a support team to deliver results.
• Interested in career growth, including leadership or partner opportunities.
• Comfortable handling complex, high-profile family law cases.

Compensation: $175,000 - $275,000
