A leading global consumer brand is seeking a Senior Web & CRM Manager to join its international digital marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale digital programs across key global markets including Canada, Latin America, APAC, and China.
The RoleYou’ll oversee the CRM and web strategy for international markets, working cross-functionally with analytics, media, IT, and regional marketing teams. This newly created position is critical to expanding consumer engagement and loyalty via data-driven communications and best-in-class digital experiences.
What You’ll Do- Lead the development, optimization, and execution of CRM programs (email, SMS, mobile)
- Drive strategy and performance for global consumer websites, ensuring UX is locally relevant and brand-aligned
- Partner with analytics and CDP teams to define segmentation, personalization, and campaign KPIs
- Collaborate closely with IT on technical implementation (no coding required)
- Build scalable playbooks and documentation to support digital maturity across regions
- 5+ years in CRM and web strategy; 3–5 years leading teams
- Experience with Braze CRM platform required; familiarity with Tlium or similar CDPs a plus
- Brand-side CRM experience in beverage, alcohol, or CPG strongly preferred
- Bonus for experience in international markets like Brazil and Mexico
- Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
