Key Responsibilities Manage and improve the staking ecosystem to enhance network health and decentralization Support relationships with the validator community, stake pools, and custodians Identify vulnerabilities in decentralization and propose solutions within the Foundation's strategies and the broader community
Required Qualifications Strong understanding of consensus staking on Proof of Stake blockchains Technical experience in validator operations Familiarity with protocol governance Proficiency in using Linux or similar CLI driven operating systems
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash for data analysis
