A day in the life:

As the Sr Staff, SAP GTS, you will lead and deliver global processes, business requirements, design, and governance in and around the space of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), Logistics and integrating with operations, providing insight and support on global, cross-functional, or regional initiatives. Lead the initiative to establish a team of subject matter experts, gather and analyze business requirements, design, build, and implement systems, and provide hyper care support.

The impact you'll make:

• Design, implement & oversee the global SAP Global Trade solutions to achieve business objectives.
• Lead projects in SAP Global Trade from inception to completion, including upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Develop best practices solutions in the field of Global Trade. Serve as the point of contact in identifying latest trends in the field of Supply Chain, Operations and evaluate appropriate solutions to drive efficiency.
• Partner with cross functional teams to deliver Operations transformational projects while adhering to project timelines. Work closely with IT and various cross-functional business groups to ensure seamless integration and operation. As a subject matter expert, you will offer valuable insights and support for global, cross functional, and regional initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements, prioritize based on solution cost/benefit analysis, present to department leader an successful implementation roadmap.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP
  -related issues in the space of Global Trade, providing expert guidance and support to resolve technical challenges
• Responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement of Supply chain, Operations solutions by designing and implementing new functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Actively engage with operations leaders to identify business problems that are conducive to AI and/or automation solutions in line with Digital Transformation (DT) road map and vision
• Partner closely with end-to-end solution verticals to understand requirements and ensure no business risk, quality and deliver the project on budget and timeline.
• Design, build, and implement systems, and provide hyper care support for other areas like Logistics & Procurement

Who you are:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information System (MIS), or related field.
• More than 7 years of experience in Process Mapping, Design, Configuration & Customizing of SAP Solutions
• More than 7 years of experience in SAP GTS implementation & Production support as part of IT team
• Computer Skills Desired: SAP, ERP, S/4 Hana, SAP GTS & Microsoft tools. Proficient in integrating SAP GTS with other SAP modules such as EWM, Sales, Procurement and external systems.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated annual salary of $116,000 to $155,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
