The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals. Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards and addressing customer complaints promptly.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, to ensure the restaurant meets its financial goals.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management on restaurant performance and operational issues.
QualificationsProven experience as a Hospitality Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, customer service, and sales.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
