A company is looking for a Bi-lingual Patient Liaison to provide customer support to patients and clinics involved in pharmaceutical research trials.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and related parties
Schedule travel and logistics requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials, including arrangements for flights, hotels, and transportation
Process expense reimbursements and support study site personnel with the online portal
Required Qualifications
BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred
Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written)
Experience working with multiple independent vendors to achieve results on a deadline
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
