A Behavior Technician will provide instruction for ABA programs and implement behavior intervention plans within the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The population served includes children with Autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. ABA services will be provided primarily in clients  homes, in the community, and possibly in-clinic. The BT will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist with clinical assessments as needed.

• High school diploma
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS but not required
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly
• RBT Certification is not always required, but a PLUS
• Effective time management skills
• Have a valid California Driver's License
• A reliable mode of transportation, and valid automobile insurance
• Ability and willingness to drive/travel to different locations to conduct sessions in the community
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check

• Compensation from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour depending upon qualifications and experience
• $0.62/mile reimbursement for drive time
