THERAPIST (MA/MSW) – Outpatient Psych LMFT/AMFT (Monday thru Friday) at Corona Rehabilitation, Corona, CA.
Reporting to the Program Manager, this position provides psycho educational and psychotherapeutic groups, individual therapy, and family therapy to individuals with serious mental illness. Groups focus on symptom management and medication management to help patients function at their highest potential within the community and avoid re‑hospitalization.
Located at Corona Rehabilitation, a part of the Corona Regional Medical Center, a certified community hospital network.

Essential Knowledge / Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of Patient Rights.
Minimum Essential Experience
Specific education and/or experience working with geriatric and/or adult behavioral health patients; minimum of 12 months clinical experience in the field of mental health.
Minimum Essential Education
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Assaultive Behavior Management training required within 90 days from the date of hire.
Required Licensure / Certifications
Current LCSW, AMFT, or MFT license required.
Current BLS (CPR) Certificate from American Heart Associates required.
Work Environment
Exposure to solvents, chemicals, and cleaning solutions as applied to departmental MSDS sheet. Must use personal protective equipment/devices to avoid direct contact with blood and body fluids, sharps, chemicals, etc. as required by protocol.
