FRONT OFFICE MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

Reproductive Fertility Center is a leading infertility practice dedicated to helping people fulfill their dreams of family. Since 2005, our physicians, nurses, and staff at Reproductive Fertility Center (RFC) have worked together toward the common goal of helping our patients become parents. Our team are highly experienced professionals who will work collectively to bring the highest quality treatment in a compassionate and caring atmosphere to our patients.

We are committed in providing our patients with the best possible medical care. We are currently looking for an exceptional candidate to join our work family. We are looking to hire a full-time Front Office Medical Receptionist.

Responsibilities & Duties (including but not limited to)
  • Maintain and abide to all RFC policies, procedures and objectives.
  • Manage high-volume phone calls.
  • Receive, accurately take and deliver messages to appropriate providers and staff.
  • Daily faxing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain knowledge of all provider's schedules and restrictions.
  • Checking patients in and out of appointment visits.
  • Collecting co-payments, deductibles, and out-of-pocket fees and balances.
  • Assist and direct workflow to ensure smooth operation.
  • Assist with work assignments, projects, and other tasks delegated by Supervisor and/or Employer.
  • Office administration: stocking supplies, filing, organization, making sure surrounding environment is clean and welcoming.
Skills & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, team player
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Well spoken, polite, and friendly
  • Professional and mature demeanor with presentable appearance
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Autonomous and independent
