Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for this full‑time role. The position offers $50‑$65 per hour

Job SummaryAs a BCBA, you will design and oversee personalized behavior intervention plans, provide clinical guidance to technicians, conduct assessments, and partner with families and professionals to drive client progress. Additional responsibilities include leading training initiatives, monitoring staff performance, and contributing to a positive, team‑focused culture. You may also participate in IEP and IFSP meetings to advocate for clients and ensure continuity of care.

- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to technicians and other staff
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and data collection to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to promote client progress
- Lead training initiatives for staff and enhance professional development opportunities
- Monitor staff performance, document data, and contribute to a positive team culture
- Participate in IEP and IFSP meetings to advocate for clients and ensure continuity of care
- Master's degree and current BCBA certification (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Spanish speaking is valued but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
