In the position of Project Manager, Technical Integration, you will be a cross-functional technical leader focusing on North America (NORAM) supply chain sponsored product development project including new plants, new vendors, and overall network expansion. Focus on overall problem solving related to liquid processing, packaging, and overall liquid batching. Support the commercialization end-to-end project managers through the Technical Integration process where the role will lead the planning and organization of the various technical functions in Engineering, Quality, Suppliers, and formula team.
Responsible for the communication and storytelling to allow successful transfer of processes between Monster Energy Company (MEC) co-packers to document and transfer depth knowledge regarding co-packers processing capabilities and processes to speed up implementation of new formulas or processes at plants.
- Lead plant engagement meeting with co-packers and bottlers for technical scoping.
- Attend critical plant runs as the batching expert but also overall product performance lead.
- Lead Technical Integration meetings and the cross functional team efforts with quality, engineering, packaging, and formula commercialization.
- Enable transparent communication, planning and organization developing and management of technical timelines in Smartsheet.
- Lead processing specific technical transfer meetings with corporate TPM, regarding processing know how and best practices, control points and sensory targets for new formulas to enable successful transfer of mixing instructions to new co-packers.
- Maintain internal database and educate internal stakeholders in the knowhow of batch mixing, heat processing, retort, pasteurization, aseptic processing, etc. for new products.
- Responsible for plant capability assessment from New Product Development (NPD) perspective with a detailed understanding of batching and processing equipment, water systems with a keen focus on product performance.
- Manage documents and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data bases for single source of process parameters.
- Prefer a Bachelor s Degree in the field of -- Chemical Engineering or other Engineering field. Prefer M.Sc or MBA

More than 5 years of experience in product development and process engineering - Additional Experience Desired:
Between 3-5 years of experience in project management - Computer Skills Desired:
Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft PM, or other project management system. - SAP experience preferred.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total Compensation. This Position has a range of $79,/Annually. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
