We are seeking a Process Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering foundation and hands‑on PLC experience to optimize and automate production processes in manufacturing. This role combines mechanical design, automation integration, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.

• Design and implement mechanical solutions for tooling, fixtures, and material handling of manufacturing products.
• Integrate and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen‑Bradley or Siemens) and automation equipment to improve process reliability.
• Develop and maintain CAD models and detailed drawings for equipment and tooling using Solid Works and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement Lean/Kaizen improvements.
• Support installation, start‑up, and qualification of automated machinery and mechanical systems.
• Create SOPs, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical documentation for production and maintenance teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and apply Six Sigma methodologies to reduce defects and improve efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in mechanical engineering and PLC integration within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Solid Works and AutoCAD for mechanical design.
• Hands‑on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen‑Bradley or Siemens preferred).
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
