• Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with general education staff to foster inclusive classrooms.
• Monitor, assess, and adjust instructional methods for students with moderate/severe or mild/moderate disabilities.
• Provide direct classroom instruction and individualized support.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and school teams.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning.
• Maintain detailed records to ensure compliance and facilitate reporting.

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field;
  Masters degree preferred.
• Valid California teaching credential with Special Education authorization.
• Experience teaching moderate/severe and/or mild/moderate disability populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
