This is a full-time position in Southern California for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will lead and manage the design process for architectural projects, including drafting submittals, designing, and developing construction documents in collaboration with project teams. Responsibilities include managing building information modeling (BIM) workflows, ensuring compliance with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and building regulations, and overseeing project schedules and progress.
The role also involves working closely with clients, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring design excellence and project delivery.
- Proficiency in Architecture, with experience in designing and developing spatial solutions and construction documents
- Strong expertise in Project Management, including the ability to lead project teams, manage timelines, and coordinate with consultants
- Experience with Submittals and familiarity with construction workflows and documentation
- Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant certification or licensing in architecture
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
