A day in the life:

In the thrilling role of Customer Operations Representative, you'll be at the heart of dynamic operations, orchestrating the complete order lifecycle for finished goods with precision and agility in SAP. As the vital link between our valued customers, vibrant sales force, strategic supply chain, and logistics teams, you'll drive exceptional service and operational excellence, ensuring seamless and timely delivery that keeps the energy flowing at Monster Energy!

The

impact you’ll make:
  • Order Lifecycle Management in SAP:
    Enter, validate, and maintain customer orders in SAP. Ensure pricing, quantities, and delivery dates are accurate.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve order issues. Communicate proactively on delays or changes.
  • Customer Communication and Issue Resolution:
    Provide timely updates to customers on order status. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or complaints.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement and Process Support:
    Participate in projects to improve order management processes.
Who you are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Communications, Supply Chain, or related field of study.
  • Additional Experience Desired:
    Between 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Additional Experience Desired:
    Between 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations.
  • Computer Skills Desired:
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP experience preferred.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. This position has an annual estimated hourly rate of $17.00 - $23.00. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
