They exhibit the ability to adapt and customize programs in the workouts, to tailor them to each athlete. They take a personal stake in the lives of our athletes, maintaining regular contact and monitoring their individual progress toward their goals.

As a Front Desk Representative at D1 Training, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This position involves handling inquiries, managing scheduling, and providing administrative support to facilitate the smooth operation of the training facility.
Customer Service- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about D1 Training programs, schedules, and services.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Manage client appointments, class schedules, and check-in procedures.
- Ensure accurate and efficient registration and check-in processes.
- Assist with class and session bookings as needed.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Relay messages, transfer calls, and provide information as necessary.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
- Collaborate with coaching and sales teams to support overall facility operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as brochures, registration forms, and promotional materials.
- Process client payments, memberships, and retail transactions accurately.
- Provide receipts and assist with billing-related inquiries.
- Build positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Act as a liaison between clients and coaching staff for scheduling and inquiries.
- High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role (fitness industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and point-of-sale systems.
- Positive and welcoming attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Hourly; $ per hour
