A day in the life:

Join the team as a Sr. Consumer Relations Representative and unleash your passion for delivering legendary customer service! You'll be the hero providing spot-on info and turbocharged solutions to our awesome customers and consumers. Get ready to dive into action with our internal teams, tackling inquiries head-on and making sure every customer request is handled with precision and speed. Let's make every interaction an epic one!

The impact you’ll make:

  • Answer calls, e-mails, and written communication from consumers regarding all product lines.
  • Create and maintain reports in the Consumer Relations database by inputting new consumer inquiries. Process reports, analyze data, and identify and escalate trend data to appropriate business partners.
  • Initiate internal investigations with appropriate business partners. Act as coordinator, gather additional information, and work closely with other departments to complete record requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with internal departments to help identify and provide solutions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who you are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Additional Experience Desired:
    Between 3-5 years of experience in consumer relations, customer service or call center
  • Additional Experience Desired:
    Between 1-3 years of experience in with CRM, such as Click Up or Salesforce
  • Computer Skills Desired:
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Intermediate to advanced level of Excel functionality. Excellent data entry skills.
  • Preferred

    Certifications:

    N/A
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role:
    Fluent in Spanish or French a plus (read/write/speak)

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated hourly rate of $20.00 - $26.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
