MOBILE AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC As part of our fleet servicing crew, you'll travel between locations performing a variety of services including preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and vehicle repairs. Candidate must have Automotive Fleet experience.
What’s in it for you?- Competitive Weekly Pay at $35-$40/hr. (Full time-at least 30 hours, non-flat rate)
- Shift: Need flexibility. Day shifts-8am-4:30 and Night shifts-1:30pm-10pm
- No decrease in hourly rate when driving from site to site on the clock

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and potential problems.
- Diagnose and repair various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical, and HVAC.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to analyze vehicle malfunctions and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and time required for completion.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Test and verify repaired vehicles to ensure proper functioning and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements, technical manuals, and service bulletins.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
- Must be 18 years or older with the ability to drive
- Must be an energetic self-starter willing to work in all weather conditions to include but not limited to hot and cold temperatures, rain, snow, and sleet.
- At least 5 years working experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.
- Familiarity with diagnostic and repair manuals such as Pro Demand with the ability to interpret and follow specifications.
- Must be patient, persistent, and possess problem-solving skills, especially when it comes to challenging repairs.
- Must supply your own basic tools
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance techniques
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
Ase certification(s) (shows you went above and beyond your work experience to gain more industry knowledge)

- Must be able to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods;
- Must be able to lift and move inventory items and other work-related items (up to 50 pounds);
- Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods;
- Must be able to push, pull, bend at the knees and waist, lift, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, climb steps, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, all of this for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the day.
This job will involve occasional exposure to some disagreeable elements such as hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, dust/dirt and exhaust fumes.
