Junior Staff Accountant
City: Corona, CA
Pay: $33-38/hour
Type: Contract-to-Hire
This Junior Staff Accountant role is a fantastic opportunity for an accounting graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. You'll support month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting while working closely with senior accounting staff.
What You'll Do- Assist with month-end close and journal entries
- Prepare general ledger, bank, and account reconciliations
- Support revenue, accruals, and reclassification entries
- Assist with reporting, analysis, and special projects
- Support AP activities and commission reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1-2+ years of general accounting experience (internships count!)
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- JD Edwards experience is a plus
