You’ll be at the forefront, guiding and inspiring our accounts payable crew to ensure every invoice is processed with precision and speed. Dive into the action by supporting your team in resolving discrepancies, while collaborating with a variety of departments and vendors around the globe. • Audit and post purchase orders (PO) and Non-PO invoices
• Create and review payment proposals
• Resolve invoice issues with Transportation, Customer Service, Inventory, Purchasing, etc.
• Perform monthly closing procedures and run reports
• Provide leadership to accounts payable team and deliver on special projects as assigned

• Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of — Accounting, Finance or related field of study
• Additional Experience Desired:
  Between 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting
• Additional Experience Desired:
  Between 1-3 years of experience in a full cycle accounts payable role, internal control system
• Computer Skills Desired: SAP experience, Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word (vlookups, pivot tables)

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated hourly rate of $24.00 – $32.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
