Part-Time Electronics Associate - Walmart

Position Summary

A Department Specialized Associate drives sales in a highly specialized part of our business. Product knowledge in this field is at a premium.

• Customer service is a priority – moments take precedence over task
• Assist customers with sale of goods including: provide product information; answer product questions; recommend products; retrieve products from locked cabinets
• Full completion of standard ‘floor’ associate type work, including but not limited to: deep zone, CAP/Viz Pick Process, PinPoint process, price changes, feature to home, zoning
• Setting and completion of modular
• Promote – charity events, promote Walmart Mastercard, promote Walmart Protection Plan, promote OMNI extended aisle offering
• Product launches – in-store product launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary
