We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented
Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing activities and help streamline lead‑generation processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, analyzing campaign results, and helping improve the efficiency of sales and marketing operations.
- Assist in managing
Google + Bing Ads
accounts (search, display, remarketing). - Monitor performance metrics, make basic bid/budget adjustments, and help improve campaign ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor ad research.
- Draft and test ad copy and creative variations.
- Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports.
Build and maintain
Power Automate workflows to:
- Capture website form leads
- Enter leads into the CRM with proper field mapping
- Trigger internal notifications and follow‑up tasks
- Troubleshoot flow errors and optimize automation reliability.
- Maintain clean data within the CRM and help organize marketing-related fields and tags.
- Assist with website updates (landing pages, images, copy changes).
- Ensure landing pages align with current marketing campaigns.
- Support basic SEO tasks such as updating meta tags and alt text.
- Help create simple marketing assets using tools like Canva.
- Experience with
Google/Bing Ads
or PPC campaigns - Familiarity with
Microsoft Power Automate
or other workflow automation tools is an asset. - Comfortable working with CRM software
- Intermediate skills in Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good written communication and ability to summarize data clearly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field, with a focus on Marketing
- Google Analytics (GA4) experience
- Experience with Word Press or other website editors
- Working knowledge of SEO
- Exposure to B2B sales or technical industries
- Understanding of paid social ads (Facebook/Instagram)
