Overview
A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Regional Area Lettings Manager in the UK to manage and grow the lettings business. The successful candidate will design growth strategies, lead a new team, and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities- Design growth strategies to expand lettings operations.
- Lead and develop a new lettings team.
- Ensure compliance across lettings processes and regulatory requirements.
- At least four years of lettings experience.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
- Ability to drive growth and manage performance in a regional setting.
- Salary £45-50,000 OTE.
- Private Medical Insurance.
- Potential pathway to Directorship.
