Are you a proactive Senior Site Manager with a strong history on defence and commercial builds? Join this reputable team on a high-profile multimillion-pound new build Ministry of Defence project in Cornwall. This critical development features advanced secure facilities, requiring meticulous on-site leadership, safety protocols, and seamless execution amid complex timelines and regulations. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you'll be central to orchestrating operations and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily site management, including sequencing, labour deployment, and subcontractor oversight to uphold programme delivery.
Champion rigorous health, safety, security, and environmental compliance, with routine inspections and MOD-specific risk evaluations.
Liaise with design, client, and defence stakeholders to address challenges swiftly and prevent disruptions.
Enforce quality assurance protocols and promote best-practice advancements in construction techniques.
Deliver regular updates on milestones, metrics, and risks to the Project Director, supporting cost optimisation and innovation.
Essential Requirements:
Experience as a Senior Site Manager on multimillion-pound new build projects with Tier 1 contractors.
Demonstrable prior experience with leading firms in defence or high-security environments.
Proficiency in BIM for collaborative design, model integration, and construction sequencing.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid at Work qualifications.
Strong leadership with emphasis on team development and issue resolution.
Desirable but not essential:
Security Clearance (SC).
