• Manage a caseload of clients each week, tailoring care plans to meet individual needs.
• Conduct face-to-face visits ensuring personal and effective interaction with clients.
• Provide expert advice and interventions to maximise clients’ independence and well-being within the community.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care plans.
• Contribute to reducing reliance on care packages by implementing preventive strategies and supporting client autonomy.

• Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
• Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within the NHS.
• Registration with the HCPC is required, ensuring you meet national standards for the profession.
