What you will do:

• Collaborate with team members and professionals from other agencies to meet the needs of vulnerable adults.
• Ensure individuals and carers are central to all decision-making by incorporating their views and wishes.
• Complete Mental Capacity Act assessments and Best Interest decision-making processes.
• If required, handle Court of Protection applications and attend relevant hearings.
• Provide protection for adults in need, conducting safeguarding enquiries and self-neglect interventions in line with legal standards.
• Promote independence, re-ablement, and effective communication among families, carers, individuals, and other agencies.
