This position requires strong observation skills, attention to detail, and confidence in handling incidents professionally. Whether conducting surveillance, monitoring store activity, or responding to incidents, you must be ready to act with integrity and precision.

• Monitor store activity to detect and prevent theft
• Conduct undercover surveillance when required
• Maintain a safe environment for customers and staff
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Respond to theft incidents and security concerns
• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports
• Provide professional and courteous assistance
• Support store management when required
• Follow all legal guidelines and company standards
• Ensure compliance with site-specific policies

Must be authorized to work in Canada

Valid Driver’s License

• A reliable personal vehicle is required.

Strong observation and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Quick thinker with the ability to adapt to changing situations
